LODI, N.J. — Locally based brokerage firm The Kislak Co. Inc. has negotiated the $6.1 million sale of River View, a 28-unit apartment building located at 60 S. Main St. in the Northern New Jersey community of Lodi. According to Apartments.com, the building offers one- and two-bedroom units. Andrew Scheinerman of Kislak represented the seller and procured the buyer, both of which requested anonymity, in the transaction.
