CHICAGO — Marcus & Millichap has brokered the $15.2 million sale of a 30-unit apartment building located at 3905 N. Western Ave. in Chicago’s North Center neighborhood. The property also features four retail suites. Built in 2009, the asset totals 57,000 square feet and features a mix of two- and three-bedroom units. Kyle Stengle and Steve Rachman of Marcus & Millichap represented the undisclosed seller.
