HOUSTON — Locally based brokerage firm Oxford Partners has negotiated a 20,046-square-foot industrial lease renewal in North Houston. The space is located within the building at 15360 Vantage Parkway W. Sam Marnoy and Matt Rogers of Oxford Partners represented the tenant, M&C Pump Americas LLC, in the lease negotiations. Will Clay and Angela Watford of JLL represented the landlord, Old House Capital.
