Wells Fargo Signs 20,560 SF Office Lease Renewal in Southwest Austin

AUSTIN, TEXAS — Wells Fargo has signed a 20,560-square-foot office lease renewal in southwest Austin. The space is located within Building I at Uplands Corporate Center. Jake Ragusa and Luke Gholston of JLL represented Wells Fargo in the lease negotiations. Matt Frizzell of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, California-based Drawbridge Realty.
