WATERLOO, N.Y. — Marcus & Millichap has brokered the $5.3 million sale of Tops Plaza at Seneca Falls, a 122,799-square-foot shopping center in Waterloo, about 40 miles west of Syracuse. Built on 34 acres in 1960, the center comprises 12 units and was fully leased at the time of sale. Tenants include Tops Market and AutoZone. Joseph French and Kodi Traver of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller and procured the buyer, both of which requested anonymity, in the transaction.
