EAST WINDSOR, N.J. — Cushman & Wakefield has brokered the $4.7 million sale of a 27,992-square-foot industrial and life sciences building in East Windsor, located outside of Trenton in Central New Jersey. The building at 55 Lake Drive was constructed in 1974 (renovated in 2013) and was vacant at the time of sale. Dan Bottiglieri, Deb Boucher, Jordan Sobel, Andrew Schwartz, Andre Balthazard, Mike Dean and Kate Boyle of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, Danish biotechnology company Novonesis, in the transaction. The team also procured the undisclosed buyer.
