BAYONNE, N.J. — Local brokerage firm ICON Real Estate Advisors has negotiated the $4.1 million sale of a 25-unit apartment building in the Northern New Jersey community of Bayonne. According to Apartments.com, the building at 5-7 Kelly Parkway exclusively offers one-bedroom units. David Betesh of ICON Real Estate Advisors represented the seller, a local family, in the transaction and procured the undisclosed buyer.
