Jackson Walker Signs 110,000 SF Office Lease at The Republic in Downtown Austin

AUSTIN, TEXAS — Jackson Walker has signed an approximately 110,000-square-foot office lease at The Republic, a 48-story office building in downtown Austin. The law firm will occupy three mid-level floors within the newly constructed building. CBRE represented Jackson Walker in the lease negotiations. A partnership between San Francisco-based DivcoWest, Phoenix Property Group and Lincoln Property Co. owns The Republic, and Lincoln also handles leasing efforts at the property.
