DOVER, N.J. — A joint venture between Crossroads Cos. and CrownPoint Group Inc. has completed 80East, a 90-unit multifamily project in Dover, about 30 miles west of New York City. The six-story building houses studio, one- and two-bedroom units, with nine residences set aside as affordable housing. Amenities include a fitness center, rooftop deck and an entertainment lounge. Minno & Wasko Architects and Planners designed the project, and L2i Construction was the general contractor. Columbia Bank financed construction, which began in summer 2024. Information on starting rents was not disclosed.
