Atlantic Capital Partners Brokers $7M Sale of Shopping Center in Hope Mills, North Carolina

HOPE MILLS, N.C. — Atlantic Capital Partners has brokered the sale of Hope Mills Crossing, a 53,204-square-foot shopping center located in Hope Mills, roughly five miles south of Fayetteville. The property sold for more than $7 million, according to Atlantic Capital. David Hoppe, Eric Suffoletto, Jordan Gomez, Mike Lucier, Ben Olmstead and Kendra Doherty of Atlantic Capital represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction. The buyer requested anonymity.

Recently renovated in 2025, Hope Mills Crossing is anchored by a newly opened Planet Fitness. Additional tenants at the center include a mix of medical, financial, government and service-oriented retail businesses. The property was 95 percent leased at the time of sale.
