BLOOMINGTON, MINN. — Colliers has brokered the $15.3 million sale of South Pointe Apartments, a 142-unit community in Bloomington. Drew Jackson, Dan Linnell, Mox Gunderson, Adam Haydon and Devon Dvorak of Colliers represented the seller, Highland Management Group Inc., the property’s longtime owner and operator. Colliers also arranged acquisition financing on behalf of the buyer, Minnesota-based Black Swan Real Estate.
