GENEVA, ILL. — Venture One Real Estate, in partnership with BGO, will break ground on Venture Park Geneva, a 719,200-square-foot speculative industrial development in Geneva. The project site, spanning 54 acres, is located within the Fox Valley industrial submarket and offers convenient access to I-88 via the full interchange at Farnsworth Avenue. The facility will offer flexibility to accommodate users requiring 400,000 square feet or more. The project will feature a clear height of 40 feet, 120 dock positions and 555 car parking stalls. Brian Kling and Reed Adler of Colliers will market the property for lease.
