CINCINNATI — The Cooper Commercial Investment Group has brokered the $7 million sale of Springdale Town Center in Cincinnati. Bob Havasi and Dan Cooper of Cooper Group represented the seller, an East Coast-based private investment group. A private New York-based group purchased the property at a cap rate of 7.3 percent and 99 percent of the list price. The property totals 43,071 square feet.
