CHESTERFIELD, MO. — Timberland Partners has acquired ReNew Chesterfield, a 192-unit apartment community in the St. Louis suburb of Chesterfield. Timberland has renamed the property Linden Ridge. The transaction marks Timberland’s fourth multifamily acquisition this year and brings the company’s St. Louis portfolio to 3,346 units across 13 apartment communities. Built in 1984, Linden Ridge features one- and two-bedroom units along with recently upgraded amenities. Timberland plans to make additional investments in the property, including improvements to unit interiors. Linden Ridge is adjacent to Willowbend Apartments, another property owned and operated by Timberland.
