The properties, located at 10013 Busey Road in Canal Winchester and 161 Kenmore Blvd. in Commercial Point, were both developed by Tenby Partners in 2023. Private investors acquired the assets in separate transactions. Alex Cantu, Alex Davenport, Jeff Devine, Steve Disse, Tyler Ziebel and Jonathan Schuen of Colliers represented Tenby in the sales.
The building in Canal Winchester totals 209,656 square feet and features a clear height of 32 feet, 15 dock doors, three drive-in doors, 14,014 square feet of office space and 210 auto parking spaces across a 12-acre site. The facility is fully leased to three tenants operating in third-party logistics, healthcare and steel distribution.
Rickenbacker Exchange at Commercial Point spans 194,432 square feet and features clear heights ranging from 32 to 34 feet, 18 dock doors, two drive-in doors and 192 auto parking spaces across a 15.3-acre site. The facility is fully leased to ServeOne America and Fasteners.
