Kislak Negotiates $33.7M Sale of Apartment Complex in Tom’s River, New Jersey

TOM’S RIVER, N.J. — New Jersey-based brokerage firm The Kislak Co. Inc. has negotiated the $33.7 million sale of Hope’s Crossing, a 125-unit apartment complex in Tom’s River, located near the Jersey Shore. Built on 12.6 acres in 1994, Hope’s Crossing consists of 14 buildings that primarily house two- and three-bedroom units. Barry Waisbrod of Kislak represented the seller and procured the buyer, both of which requested anonymity, in the transaction.
