DALLAS — Marco Awards Group, wholesale trophy component distributor, has purchased a 49,982-square-foot industrial building in southwest Dallas. According to LoopNet Inc., the building at 4443 Bronze Way was constructed on 4.2 acres in 1982 and features 21.5-foot clear heights. Ryan Hartsell and Chase McAteer of Houston-based brokerage firm Oxford Partners represented the buyer in the transaction. Caleb McCoy of JLL represented the undisclosed seller.
