HALL Group Acquires 112,000 SF Office Building in Uptown Dallas

DALLAS — HALL Group has acquired 2525 McKinnon Street, a 112,000-square-foot office building in Uptown Dallas. The eight-story building was constructed in 2003 at the nexus of McKinnon Street, Olive Street and Cedar Springs Road. HALL Group plans to make capital improvements to the building, including a refresh of the lobby and common areas, the addition of new spec suites and a modernization of building systems, as well as to rebrand the building as HALL Uptown. Eastdil Secured brokered the deal. The seller and sales price were not disclosed.
