RICHMOND HILL, GA. — ECI Group has launched leasing at The Averly Richmond Hill, a $60 million multifamily development located along Ford Avenue in Richmond Hill, a southwest suburb of Savannah. Situated within one mile of I-95, the property will feature 243 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and 48 three-bedroom townhomes, as well as two pad-ready retail sites that are being marketed by Ashley Smith and Tyler Mouchet of Colliers | Savannah.
Amenities will include an 8,400-square-foot clubhouse, package room, private offices, coffee bar, resort-style pool, golf simulator, dog park, pet spa, courtyards and rentable storage units. ECI Group plans to open its clubhouse on Nov. 17, giving prospective residents a chance to meet with the leasing team.
