GEORGIA — Field Turf USA has signed a lease expansion with Springs Global U.S. for 224,000 square feet of industrial space. The property is located at 175 N. Industrial Blvd. in Calhoun, Ga. John Phelps of Grubb & Ellis’ Atlanta office represented both parties in the transaction.
Phelps also represented Sonoco Products Co. in its 70,000-square-foot lease from First Street Associates. Sonoco will occupy warehouse space at 4099 Old Dixie Highway in Georgia.
