DESTIN, FLA. — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the sale of a 76-room Sleep Inn located at 10775 Emerald Coast Parkway in Destin. The hotel was constructed in 1992 and fully renovated in 2012. Jonathan Ruprai of Marcus & Millichap’s Tampa office represented the seller, a Florida-based limited liability company.
