ST. CLAIR SHORES, MICH. — LaKritz-Weber & Co. has arranged a 12,298-square-foot retail lease at Shores Shopping Center, located at the intersection of 13 Mile Road and Harper Avenue in St. Clair Shores. The space will be occupied by Pet Supplies Plus, which is relocating from a location at the intersection of 12 Mile Road and Harper Avenue that it has occupied for 20 years.
