SOUTH BELOIT, ILL. — McCleary Inc. Trans Astro Division has acquired a 30,000-square-foot industrial property, located at 15760 Willowbrook Road in South Beloit. Highland Realty sold the property for an undisclosed price. Coldwell Banker Commercial McGuire Mears & Associates’ William Mears and Barry Badertscher represented the seller in the transaction.
