The facility features 26-28' clear ceiling height, 18 docks, one drive-in door and 6,000 square feet of office space. The buyer, Equitable Holding Co., was represented by Terry Coyne of Grubb & Ellis Co.'s Cleveland office and Bruce Granger of the Rosemont, Ill., office. The seller, Trustees of Laurence Consolidated Trust, was represented by Jeff Rudy of Independence, Ohio-based Pinnacle Real Estate Services.
