LYON TOWNSHIP, MICH. — Kennedy Industries has leased 38,181 square feet of industrial space at 52900 Grand River Ave. in Lyon Township. Jim Montgomery of Southfield, Mich.-based Signature Associates represented the tenant in the lease transaction. The landlord is Soave Real Estate.
