The building is located at 1783-1801 Thunderbird Drive. Peter E. Kepic, Peter J. Kepic and Ryan Brittain of Colliers represented the seller, Reliable Holding Co. Inc., in the transaction. Raffi Derbabian of Colliers represented the undisclosed buyer.
