NEW YORK CITY — Marcus & Millichap has brokered the sale of a 2,800-square-foot mixed-use property located at 45 Canal St. in New York City for $2.35 million. Peter Von Der Ahe, Christopher Sjurset and Matthew Fotis, all of the firm's Manhattan office, represented the seller, a private investor. The buyer was also undisclosed.
