BURLINGTON, MASS. – Dyax Corp. has signed a 45,000-square-foot, 10-year lease in the 933,000-square-foot Network Drive at Northwest Park, located at 55 Network Dr. in Burlington. Dyax is moving its corporate headquarters to the space from Cambridge, Mass. Peter Bekarian and Bryan Sparkes of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant, while Tamie Thompson and Tyler Spring of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the landlord, Nordblom Co.
