TEWKSBURY, MASS. — Craft Floor has acquired a 32,160-square-foot warehouse and manufacturing facility at 19 Barker Road in Tewksbury for $1.6 million. The property, located at the intersection of I-495 and Route 38, is situated on three acres. David Gilkie of NAI Hunneman represented the seller, Flauto Realty Trust, in the transaction. Ed Carbone of Carbone Real Estate represented the tenant.
