DALLAS, TEXAS — Dallas-based TIG Real Estate Services has brokered a lease for 33,717 square feet of warehouse space at 11011 Regency Crest in Dallas. The space will be occupied by Star AC Supply, which was represented in lease negotiations by TIG's Ryan Wolcott. Michael Grant, also of TIG, represented the landlord, RREEF.
