The 41-story, 1.07 million-square-foot property is located at 5555 San Felipe in Houston. CB Richard Ellis' Craig Beyer, Mary Barnwell and Brandon Clarke represented the tenant. The firm's John Pruitt and Jessica Ochoa represented the landlord.
