GSA LEASE BRINGS BUILDING'S OCCUPANCY TO 90 PERCENT

EULESS, TEXAS — The General Services Administration has leased 40,000 square feet of office space from an undisclosed landlord in Westpark Centre, located at 150 Westpark Way in Euless. The space will be occupied by the United States Customs and Border Protection, an offshoot of the Department of Homeland Security. Westpark Centre is now 90 percent occupied. CB Richard Ellis' Chris Mickey and Jerry Cobb represented the GSA. SCM Real Estate Services' Darrel Higginbotham represented the landlord.
