Situated on 2.15 acres, the 3-story property was built in 2004 and houses a meeting room, breakfast area, business center, fitness center, outdoor pool and guest laundry. Manoj Shah of NAI Capital's Ontario, Calif., office represented the buyer, and Denny Chung of Los Angeles-based NC Investment Group represented the undisclosed seller.
