JERSEY CITY, N.J. — New York-based developer Alpine Residential has completed AVIVA, a 500-unit multifamily project in Jersey City. Designed by GRT Architects and Ismael Leyva Architects, AVIVA, formerly known as Scholars Village, comprises two 12-story buildings that are connected by a lobby base with 4,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Residences come in studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans, and amenities include a fitness center, demonstration kitchen, coworking space, children’s playroom, a pet salon and 24-hour concierge services. Bank OZK provided construction financing for the project.
