ARMY ACQUIRES DELAWARE INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS

NEWARK, DEL. — The U.S. Army has purchased a 193,460-square-foot industrial property from Main PW LP for an undisclosed amount. The facility is spread across 20 acres at 1001 Ogletown Rd. in Newark. GVA Smith Mack represented the buyer, and M. Neil Kilian of NAI Emory Hill represented the seller.
