DALTON, GA. — Atlantic Capital Partners has brokered the $18.2 million sale of Walnut Square, a 127,391-square-foot, newly constructed shopping center in Dalton, a North Georgia city near the Tennessee border. Fred Victor, Sam Koonce, Teddy Driscoll and Matt Austin of Atlantic Capital Partners represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction. The buyer was also not disclosed.
Situated off Ga. Highway 52 near I-75, Walnut Square was 99 percent leased at the time of sale to tenants including Food City, Ross Dress for Less, Ulta Beauty, PetSmart, Bath & Body Works, AT&T, Kay Jewelers and Crumbl Cookies.
