CENTENNIAL, COLO. — Blue West Capital has brokered the sale of a single-tenant retail property, located at 20201 E. Smoky Hill Road in Centennial. A Colorado-based real estate investment company sold the asset to a Colorado-based family for $2.7 million.
Starbucks Coffee occupies the newly constructed building on a net-lease basis.
