The unnamed property is located in the Preston Hollow area and offers assisted living and memory care services. The buyer was the existing operator, Juniper Communities, and the seller was undisclosed. Alex Florea, Giancarlo Riso and Amy Sitzman handled the transaction for Blueprint.
