Brandon Investments LLC Acquires 51,786 SF Industrial Space in Tucson, Arizona

TUCSON, ARIZ. — Brandon Investments LLC has acquired a 51,786-square-foot industrial space at 6701 S. Midvale Park Road in Tucson, from 6701 S. Midvale Park LCC for $5.5 million. Stephen Cohen of Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR represented the buyer, while Jesse Blum of CBRE represented the seller.
