LAS VEGAS — Brass Cap Development is nearing completion on Brass Diablo, a $5 million industrial complex in Las Vegas. LM Construction as design-build contractor utilized the Tilt Insulating Panel System, which enables crews to lift warehouse walls in one day during the building’s construction.
Located at the southwest corner of Diablo Drive and Edmond Street, the facility features 25,000 square feet of industrial space, with 10,000 square feet remaining for lease. Bleu Blanc Rouge, a Las Vegas-based caterer, has leased 15,000 square feet of space at the property.
Paul Sweetland, Dan Doherty, Chris Lane and Jerry Doty of Colliers International are handling leasing for the remaining available space.
