BRUNT Workwear Signs 56,000 SF Lease at Mixed-Use Property in Wilmington, Massachusetts

WILMINGTON, MASS. — BRUNT Workwear has signed a 56,000-square-foot lease in the northern Boston suburb of Wilmington. The space is located within the property at 299- 301 Ballardvale St., which can support industrial, office and life sciences uses, and will serve as the apparel retailer’s new headquarters. Brian McKenzie and Christian Vallis of CBRE represented the landlord, a partnership between Camber Development and GEM Realty Capital, in the lease negotiations. Derek Losi and Nathaniel Heilbron of Cresa represented the tenant.
