ATLANTA — CA Ventures, a Chicago-based real estate investment and development firm, has opened 903 Peachtree, a 33-story apartment tower in Midtown Atlanta. The high-rise comprises 427 luxury apartments, high-end amenities and 9,000 square feet of retail space.

The development team includes Diamond Realty Investments Inc., a capital investor with offices in metro Dallas and Los Angeles, and Cartel Properties, an Atlanta-based urban development firm. Cartel is both a development partner and is leading the retail leasing assignment on behalf of the ownership group. Lincoln Property Co. is the property manager.
903 Peachtree features studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. According to the property website, units range in size from 300 to 1,884 square feet and monthly rental rates range from $1,410 to $8,192. The website also says renters can potentially receive two months of free rent.
Units at 903 Peachtree feature stainless steel appliances, customized closets, in-unit washers and dryers, floor-to-ceiling windows and private balconies in select units. Amenities include a rooftop pool and lounge area, sauna and massage room, yoga studio, pet spa and dog run and a 24-hour fitness center.
The apartment tower is situated near the intersection of Peachtree and 8th streets. Nearby institutions and attractions include Georgia Tech, the Margaret Mitchell House, Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, Fox Theatre, the MARTA Midtown station, office campuses for firms such as NCR Corp., PwC and Norfolk Southern and numerous restaurants, shops and hotels.
CA Ventures has approximately $16 billion in assets under management in the United States and Europe. The firm’s holdings include student housing, seniors housing, traditional multifamily and industrial real estate assets. CA Ventures also has a third-party management division for student housing and multifamily communities for institutional investor clients.
