CABOT III PURCHASES 111,197-SQUARE-FOOT DISTRIBUTION BUILDING

HOUSTON — Cabot III, an entity of Boston-based Cabot Properties, has purchased a 111,197-square-foot distribution facility with multiple tenants, located at 9017 Pinemont Dr. in Houston. John Ferruzzo, Chris Caudill, Joel Michael and Jon Michael of NAI Houston represented the seller, Hempstead O'Connell, in the transaction. Dan Lawson of Proterra Properties' Dallas office represented the buyer.
