Jeff Galante of Lee & Associates of Illinois represented the landlord, Pritzker Realty Group. Chris Nelson of Lee & Associates represented the tenant. Built in 2016, the 112,000-square-foot property features immediate access to I-55 via the Weber Road interchange.
