WASHINGTON, D.C. — Cassidy Turley has arranged the sale of two new office buildings totaling 639,546 square feet, located at 1100 and 1101 4th St. in Washington, D.C. Bill Collins, Paul Collins, Drew Flood, Jud Ryan and James Cassidy of the firm's Washington, D.C., office represented the seller, Waterfront Associates. The buyer was USAA Real Estate Co.
