PARKER, COLO. — John Propp Commercial Group has arranged the acquisition of a two-building flex industrial property located at 10136 and 10140 Parkglenn Way in Parker. An undisclosed seller sold the asset to Parkglenn LLC, an investment group headed by John V. Propp, for $5.8 million. Built in 2016, the 27,611-square-foot property was fully leased to six tenants at the time of sale. John V. Propp of John Propp Commercial Group represented the buyer in the deal.

CASTLE ROCK, COLO. — NavPoint Real Estate Group has brokered the purchase of retail property located at 4400 Barranca Lane in Castle Rock. Printers Parkway Partners LLC acquired the asset from an undisclosed seller for $1.8 million. Pep Boys, an automotive aftermarket retail and service chain, occupies the 4,020-square-foot building. Brent Ham of NavPoint Real Estate Group represented the buyer in the transaction.

SUFFOLK AND CHESAPEAKE, VA. — Nationwide Insurance Co. has provided a $38.2 million acquisition loan for a four-building industrial portfolio in Suffolk and Chesapeake. The 655,852-square-foot portfolio was fully leased at the time of the sale and comprises shallow bay properties. Three of the properties are located at 6900-6950 Harbour View Blvd. in Suffolk, eight miles northwest the Port of Virginia. The fourth property is located at 2601 Indian River Road in Chesapeake, seven miles east of the Port of Virginia. Michael Ryan, Brian Linnihan, Richard Henry and Blake Cohen of Cushman & Wakefield originated the financing on behalf of the borrower, Equus Capital Partners Ltd. The seller was not disclosed.

DORAL, FLA. — Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the $11.6 million sale of the former Miami Herald Printing Facility in Doral. The three-story warehouse spans 118,993 square feet and features 15 dock-high positions, one grade-level ramp and clear heights from 10 feet to 46 feet. The property was built in 2013 and is situated at 3500 NW 89th Court, 14 miles west of downtown Miami. Miguel Alcivar, Wayne Ramoski, Gian Rodriguez, Dominic Montazemi and Skylar Stein of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction. MG3 Group, a private real estate company, acquired the property. According to the Miami Herald, in 2019 the newspaper has a print circulation of 75,000 customers.

PLANO, TEXAS — Colliers International has brokered the sale of Preston Park, a 198,788-square-foot office complex in Plano. The two-building, 12-acre complex was built in 1997 and recently renovated to upgrade lobbies, common areas, tenant lounges and conference centers. California-based Libitzky Property Cos. and Dallas-based Sunwest Real Estate Group sold the property to Florida-based TerraCap Management for an undisclosed price. Creighton Stark and Chris Boyd of Colliers brokered the deal. Both buildings were approximately 90 percent leased at the time of sale.

AUSTIN, TEXAS — NAI Partners has negotiated the sale of Davenport 360, a 37,500-square-foot office building located at 6001 Bold Ruler Way in Austin. Todd Mahler of NAI Partners represented the buyer, Pharmacists Mutual Insurance Group, in the transaction. Cushman & Wakefield represented the undisclosed seller. The sale is one of the top five largest by transaction value completed in 2020 in the Austin office market, according to the sales team.

STAMFORD, CONN. — Newmark has negotiated the sale of the 760,000-square-foot Stamford Town Center, an urban mall in the city’s downtown area that was built in 1982 and houses approximately 100 tenants. According to the Stamford Advocate, the sales price was $20.1 million. The sale includes an additional 10 acres and a 3,500-space parking garage. Christian Bangert of Newmark represented the buyer, Yaraghi Realty, a division of family-owned furniture provider Safavieh, in the transaction. Christopher Hoffmann and Steven Livaditis of Eastdil Secured represented the seller, Taubman Centers. Anchor tenants at Stamford Town Center, which is located just two blocks north of Interstate 95, include Macy’s, Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5th, H&M and Barnes & Noble.

ALLENTOWN, PA. — Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the sale of 2100 Mack Boulevard, a 250,000-square-foot office building in Allentown, located in the Lehigh Valley region. The six-story property is situated on 22 acres and features an auditorium, fully equipped fitness center and a full-service cafeteria. Lehigh Valley Health Network has occupied the building since 2009; prior to that, the property served as the headquarters for Mack Trucks. Andy Merin, David Bernhaut, Gary Gabriel, Brian Whitmer, Kyle Schmidt, Frank DiTommaso, Seth Zuidema and Gerry Blinebury of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, J.G. Petrucci Co., in the transaction. BHN Associates purchased the asset for an undisclosed price.

OAKLAND, CALIF. — Rockpoint Group and The Swig Co. have completed the sale of 300 Lakeside, a Class A office complex located in Oakland’s Uptown District. A venture led by San Francisco-based TMG Partners acquired the asset for an undisclosed price. Rockpoint and Swig will retain an interest in the property on a go-forward basis. Terms of the transaction were not released. Concurrent with TMG Partners’ purchase of the property, the company entered into a long-term lease with Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) to relocate the utility’s headquarters from its existing downtown San Francisco headquarters. The lease includes a purchase option for PG&E to acquire the property. Swig originally acquired the nearly 1 million-square-foot complex in 2005, then formed a joint venture with Rockpoint to recapitalize the asset in 2016. The partnership modernized the lobby, upgraded the building’s elevators, created a state-of-the-art conference facility and expanded key tenant amenities, including shower and locker facilities, a café and dedicated food truck zone. Additionally, the partnership enhanced the sustainable features of the asset, achieving LEED Platinum certification.

LAKEWOOD, COLO. — NorthMarq has arranged the sale of Alta Green Mountain, a recently completed apartment community located in Lakewood, a suburb of Denver. Boston-based TA Realty acquired the property for an undisclosed sum. Located at 13055 W. Mississippi Court, Alta Green Mountain features 260 apartments, a fitness center, private garages and an indoor/outdoor clubhouse with business center and outdoor lounge area. Completed in 2020, the property totals 250,640 square feet of rentable area. Dave Martin and Brian Mooney of NorthMarq’s Denver Investment Sales represented the undisclosed seller in the deal.
