HAMILTON, N.J. — Cushman & Wakefield has brokered the sale of Ibis Plaza, a two-building office complex in Hamilton. The price was not disclosed. Located at 3525-2525 Quakerbridge Road, the 119,000-square-foot property is currently 88 percent occupied by approximately 75 tenants. The building also features a 6,700-square-foot event venue available for rent to both tenants and off-site organizations. Cushman & Wakefield’s New Jersey capital markets team represented the seller, a private ownership entity, in the transaction. The buyer was IBIS Realty LLC.

Blueprint Negotiates Sale of Vacant Skilled Nursing Facility in Concord, Massachusetts

CONCORD, MASS. — Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors has arranged the sale of a skilled nursing facility in Concord, a northwestern suburb of Boston. The facility was out of operation, after management challenges and a growing list of deferred capital expenditures forced its closing. The undisclosed seller sold the property to a substance abuse rehabilitation provider, which will renovate the property to serve that function. The price was not disclosed. Marcus & Millichap Orchestrates $1.6M Sale of Net-Leased Retail Property Near Philadelphia

BORDENTOWN, N.J. — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $1.6 million sale of a net-leased retail property occupied by Investors Bank in Bordentown, approximately 30 miles northeast of Philadelphia. The 2,760-square-foot property is located at 213 US-130. Michael Lombardi of Marcus & Millichap’s New Jersey office represented the seller, a private investor, in the transaction. The buyer was undisclosed.
Town West Realty Acquires 251,194 SF Oracle Crossings Shopping Center in Arizona for $40.8M

ORO VALLEY, ARIZ. — Tucson, Ariz.-based Town West Realty has purchased Oracle Crossings, a neighborhood shopping center located in Oro Valley. Houston-based Weingarten Realty sold the property for $40.8 million. Sprouts Farmers Market, Kohl’s and Home Goods anchor the 251,194-square-foot asset, which is situated at the southwest corner of Oracle and Magee roads. At the time of sale, the property was 98.2 percent leased. Michael Hackett and Ryan Schubert of Cushman & Wakefield’s Phoenix office represented the seller in the transaction.
Faris Lee Investments Brokers $6.8M Sale of Three-Tenant Retail Property in Tulare, California

TULARE, CALIF. — Faris Lee Investments has arranged the sale of a three-tenant net-leased investment asset located within Tulare Pavilion Shopping Center in Tulare. Hillman Tulare LLC sold the property to an undisclosed buyer for $6.8 million. Totaling 62,500 square feet, Big Lots, Dollar Tree and Harbor Freight Tools occupy the property. Additional tenants at Tulare Pavilion Shopping Center include Ross Dress for Less and dd’s Discounts. Jeff Conover and Donald MacLellan of Faris Lee Investments represented the seller in the transaction.

(NYSE: BEL), the owner or manager of 46 luxury hotel, restaurant, train and river cruise properties across the world, including three hotels in the U.S. LVMH will acquire Belmond for $25 per Class A share in cash, which represents an equity value of $2.6 billion and an enterprise value of $3.2 billion. Belmond currently operates properties in 24 countries, including the Hotel Cipriani in Venice, the Hotel Splendido in Portofino, the Copacabana Palace in Rio de Janeiro, Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons in Oxfordshire, Grand Hotel Europe in St. Petersburg, Maroma Resort & Spa in Mexico and Cap Juluca in Anguilla. LEXINGTON, KY. — Waypoint Residential LLC has acquired Waterstone at Hamburg, a 264-unit apartment complex in Lexington. The community was built in 2017 and consists of three mid-rise buildings. The property is situated near the intersection of Interstate 75 and Man o’War Boulevard and within a mile of Hamburg Pavilion. Amenities include a clubhouse, pool, outdoor firepit, fitness center, garages, 24-hour fitness center, dog park and an outdoor bar and lounge. Monthly rental rates at Waterstone at Hamburg range from $1,039 to $1,641.
KATY, TEXAS — Hines has sold 150 acres in the western Houston suburb of Katy to Costco Wholesale Corp., which will develop a large-format distribution center, according to local media reports and a press release from the Houston-based real estate giant. Andy Sowell and Bo Pettit of Boyd Commercial represented Hines in the sale of the tract, which is known as Pintail Business Park. A timeline for construction has not been reported or disclosed.
NEW YORK CITY — Cushman & Wakefield has negotiated the $6.1 million sale of a four-story mixed-use property on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. Located at 218 E. 61 St., the property includes two floors of commercial space as well as two floors of residential space. A periodontics practice currently occupies the commercial space. MCALLEN AND CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS — Hilco Real Estate LLC has brokered the sale of two retail assets totaling 28,300 square feet in South Texas. The first property is a 14,500-square-foot building located in the Rio Grande Valley city of McAllen, and the second is a 13,800-square-foot building in Corpus Christi. The buyers and sellers were not disclosed.
