BOREDENTOWN TOWNSHIP, N.J. — JLL Capital Markets has brokered the $19 million sale of Interchange 7 Business Park, a two-building industrial office complex in Bordentown Township. The complex totals 225,164 square feet across one existing two-story building and one existing warehouse. John Plower of JLL represented the seller, Equus Capital Partners, in the transaction. The buyer was undisclosed. The 33-acre property is located less than one mile from Exit 7 on the New Jersey Turnpike and less than one mile from Exit 56 of Interstate 295 in Bordentown Township.

WARMINSTER, PA. — PB Warminster Plaza LLC has acquired Warminster Plaza, a 128,544-square-foot shopping center in Warminster. The sales price was undisclosed. The property is located approximately 27 miles from Philadelphia and is home to a tenant roster that includes SMG SportsPlex at Warminster, AAA, Lee’s Hoagie House, YMCA of Buck’s County, Kid’s First Swim Schools, Pearle Vision Center and Grand Buffett. Chris Munley and Michael DiCosimo of HFF represented the seller, Liberty Capital III, in the transaction.

NEW YORK CITY — Marcus & Millichap has negotiated the $2.5 million sale of a 4,955-square-foot retail property in Pittsburgh. Located at 145 McMurray Road, current tenants include Dunkin Donuts, Baskin Robbins and TOSS Pizza. Alan Cafiero and Ben Sgambati of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, a private investor, in the transaction. The buyer was an individual/personal trust. The property was constructed in 2016.

CRANFORD, N.J. — The Goldstein Group has arranged the $2.1 million sale of an industrial property in Cranford. The 1.8-acre property is located at 370 North Ave. E. and includes a vacant, 52,512-square-foot building that was built in 1955. Alan Goldstein of The Goldstein Group represented the buyer, Tulfra Real Estate, in the transaction. The seller was undisclosed.

CLEVELAND — Encore Real Estate Investment Services has brokered the sale of a single-tenant retail property occupied by Rite Aid in Cleveland for $1.9 million. Rite Aid has three years remaining on its 20-year lease at the 11,180-square-foot property. Brandon Hanna, Brent Hanna and Deno Bistolarides of Encore represented the seller in the transaction. Neither the buyer nor the seller was disclosed.

BEND, ORE. — Compass Commercial Real Estate Services has arranged the sale of Deschutes Business Center, an office property located at 20332-20370 Empire Ave. in Bend. An undisclosed buyer acquired the property for $6.1 million. Situated on 5.7 acres, the 54,508-square-foot property was built in 1981 and consists of 39 suites spread across five buildings. At the time of sale, the property was 95 percent leased. Robert Raimondi, Russell Huntamer and John Keba of Compass Commercial Asset & Property Management represented the seller, while Gardner Williams, Peter May and Dan Kemp of Compass Commercial Real Estate Services represented the buyer in the deal. Additionally, Paul Weaver, also of Compass Commercial, assisted in representing both parties in the transaction.

FERNLEY, NEV. — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the sale of a restaurant property located at 170 U.S. Highway 95-A South in Fernley. An undisclosed buyer acquired the property from a private family trust for $3.2 million. Taco Bell occupies the 2,860-square-foot property on a net-leased basis. Dustin Alvino of Marcus & Millichap represented the buyer and seller in the transaction.

TEMPLE, TEXAS — San Diego-based investment firm CEG Multifamily LLC has sold Retreat at Western Hills, a 224-unit multifamily community located in the Central Texas city of Temple. The property features a pool, fitness center, clothing care center and a resident clubhouse. Zar Haro and David Fersing of JLL represented CEG Multifamily in the sale. The buyer was Prasiti Asset Manager LLC, which acquired the property for an undisclosed price.
