NEW YORK CITY — Resolution Real Estate, a member of NAI Global, has arranged the $9.4 million sale of an 18,500-square-foot office and retail building in Midtown Manhattan. The seven-story building at 5 E. 47th St. was completed in 1920 and was vacant at the time of sale. Jonata Dayan and Jeffrey Zund of Resolution Real Estate represented the buyer, Liberty Bagels, which plans to occupy about half the space, in the transaction. David Schectman, Abbe Kassin and Lipa Lieberman of Meridian Capital Group represented the seller, private investor Walter Samuels.

TUKWILA, WASH. — InSite Property Group has acquired Tukwila Self Storage, a 53,200-square-foot self-storage facility in Tukwila. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Located at 5950 Southcenter Blvd., Tukwila Self Storage features 621 climate-controlled units. Jacob Becher, Nat Fliflet, Dan Haddock and Harrison Cohen of Colliers represented InSite in the acquisition.
PLEASANT PRAIRIE, WIS. — Berkadia has arranged the sale and $69 million in acquisition financing for Cobblestone Creek and Fountain Ridge, two multifamily properties in Pleasant Prairie within Kenosha County. Pete Evans and Richard Evans of Berkadia represented the undisclosed seller, while Laura Cathlina, Chris Blechschmidt and Emily Stang of Berkadia arranged Freddie Mac financing on behalf of the buyer, Illinois-based Santefort Real Estate Group. Cobblestone Creek is a four-building, 164-unit community built from 2013 to 2015. Fountain Ridge consists of 262 units across 13 buildings and was built from 2017 to 2019. Both properties have been consistently fully occupied and present value-add upside, according to Berkadia.
LONDONDERRY, N.H. — BGO, the institutional investment firm formerly known as BentallGreenOak, has acquired a 30,000-square-foot healthcare clinic in Londonderry, located near the Massachusetts-New Hampshire border. Known as Lahey Medical Center, the building was completed in 2025 as a purpose-built facility for regional provider Beth Israel Lahey Health. Practices housed within the facility include oncology, infusion, cardiology, gastroenterology and neurology.
SAN ANTONIO — Marcus & Millichap has brokered the sale of The Alto, a 108-unit apartment complex in northwest San Antonio. Built on 5.7 acres in 1984, The Alto offers one- and two-bedroom units and amenities such as a pool, clubhouse and outdoor lounge areas. Ben Kalter, Drew Garza and Will Balthrope of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller and procured the buyer, both of which requested anonymity, in the transaction.
SAN ANTONIO — SRS Real Estate Partners has negotiated the sale of Alamo Ranch South, a 15,502-square-foot retail strip center in northwest San Antonio. Built in 2024, the center was fully leased at the time of sale to tenants such as The UPS Store, Five Guys and Club Pilates. Cathy Nabours, Kyle Shaffer and Sam Nichols of SRS represented the seller, a San Antonio-based developer, in the deal. The buyer was an El Paso-based private investor.
VERONA, N.J. — CBRE has negotiated the $56 million sale of Annin Lofts, a 111-unit apartment complex in Verona, about 20 miles west of New York City. Completed in 2018, Annin Lofts consists of two buildings, one of which was constructed from the ground up, and the other of which is a conversion of the historic Annin Flag Factory. Units come in studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans. Amenities include two rooftop terraces, a resident lounge with TVs and billiards and a dog run. Jeffrey Dunne, Stuart MacKenzie, Eric Apfel, Travis Langer and Eric Greenberg of CBRE represented the locally based seller, Russo Development, in the transaction and procured the buyer, Bonjour Capital.
PARSIPPANY, N.J. — Colliers has brokered the sale of a 107,000-square-foot vacant office building in the Northern New Jersey community of Parsippany. According to LoopNet Inc., the four-story building at 45 Waterview Blvd. was originally constructed in 1997. The building was previously fully leased to DSM Nutritional Products. Jacklene Chesler, Patrick Norris, Samuel Horowitz and Brittany Leventoff of Colliers represented the seller and procured the buyer and end user, both of which requested anonymity, in the transaction.
OGDEN, UTAH — Denver-based Brinkman Real Estate has purchased Knox on 12th Apartments, a multifamily property at 1258 Grant Ave. in Ogden. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Built in 2020, Knox on 12th features 56 apartments with high-end interior finishes and efficient layouts.
THREE FORKS, MONT. — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the sale of Sacajawea Hotel, a historic property located at 5 N. Main St. in Three Forks. Terms of the transaction were not released. Built in 1910 and fully refurbished in 2010, Sacajewea Hotel features 36 rooms, event space, two full-service bars, including Sacajawea Bar, and Pompey’s Grill steakhouse. Huberth Marak and Adam Christofferson of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller and procured the buyer in the deal. Skyler Cooper, Chris Gomes and Allan Miller of Marcus & Millichap’s Miller-Gomes Hotel team also assisted with the transition.
