POMPANO BEACH, FLA. — Stream Realty Partners has negotiated the sale of a 10-acre industrial development site located at the corner of NW 33rd St. and NW 27th Ave. in Pompano Beach. Steve Medwin and Nick Wigoda of Stream represented the buyers, Foundry Commercial and Crow Holdings Capital, in the transaction. Situated near the Florida Turnpike, Interstate 95 and Port Everglades, the site will be developed into a two-building industrial campus that totals approximately 182,000 square feet.

Alta-River-Park-Fort-Worth

FORT WORTH, TEXAS — Atlanta-based developer Wood Partners has broken ground on Alta River Park, a 365-unit multifamily project in Fort Worth. Located just west of the Chisholm Trail Toll Road on the city’s southwest side, the property will offer studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units. Amenities will include a pool, pet facilities, pickleball court, outdoor activity space, bike storage, a sky deck and direct trail access to the Trinity Clearfork trail system. The first units are expected to be available for occupancy next fall, with full completion slated for spring 2027.

HOUSTON — A partnership between Denver-based Quannah Partners and Chicago-based LaSalle Investment Management will develop a 183,301-square-foot speculative industrial building in northwest Houston. Known as 290 Crossroads Commerce Center, the rear-load facility will feature 32-foot clear heights, 185-foot truck court depths, 3,000 square feet of office space and an ESFR sprinkler system. Project partners include Powers Brown Architecture, Rosenberger Construction, Pape-Dawson (civil engineer), Veritex Bank (construction lender) and Colliers (leasing agent). Delivery is slated for early 2026.

Brightview-Joy's-Farm-Paramus-New-Jersey

PARAMUS, N.J. — Brightview Senior Living is underway on construction of a 332-unit community in the Northern New Jersey community of Paramus. Brightview Joy’s Farm will total 55,192 square feet, with 162 independent living units and a separate, 170-unit assisted living and memory care facility. Amenities will include a clubhouse, pool and both fitness and entertainment areas/venues. Project partners include Market Square Architects, IMC Construction and T&T Construction Management Group Inc. A tentative completion date was not announced.

NORTH ATTLEBORO, MASS. — Regional owner-operator Marcus Partners has broken ground on 582 Kelley, a 304-unit multifamily project that will be located in North Attleboro, about 15 miles north of Providence. The property will offer one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and amenities such as a pool, clubhouse, fitness center, coworking space, dog park, community gardens and outdoor grilling stations. TD Bank is financing the project, the first units of which are expected to be available for occupancy sometime next year.

TRUMBULL, CONN. — New Jersey-based developer Garden Communities has completed the lease-up of The Residences at Main, a 260-unit apartment community in Trumbull, located in Connecticut’s Fairfield County. The property is now more than 90 percent occupied. The unit mix consists of 70 one-bedroom apartments and 190 two-bedroom residences that range in size from 740 to 1,250 square feet. Amenities include a pool, fitness center, coworking lounge, package locker system and a pet park. Leasing began in May 2023.

PHILADELPHIA — A partnership between Pennrose and the Philadelphia Chinatown Development Corp. (PCDC) has delivered Man An House, a 51-unit affordable seniors housing project in the latter entity’s namesake neighborhood. The site is located within an opportunity zone and formerly housed a parking lot. The five-story building features studio, one- and two-bedroom units that are reserved for renters aged 62 and above and who earn between 20 and 60 percent of the area median income.

CINCINNATI — The NFL’s Cincinnati Bengals and Hamilton County have agreed to principal terms for a new lease that keeps the team in Cincinnati playing home games at Paycor Stadium through June 2036. There are 10 additional option years that could extend the lease through June 2046. The agreement also supports a modernization of the 25-year-old stadium. The Bengals will invest $120 million in the $470 million renovation project, covering 75 percent of new improvements to the stadium. The team and the county will continue to collaborate to secure funding from the state to further support the renovation efforts. Paycor Stadium opened in 2000 when the Bengals and Hamilton County came together with the goal of transforming Cincinnati’s riverfront into a sports and entertainment district. The Banks generates more than $2.5 billion in annual economic impact, with the Bengals driving over $1 billion in annual economic impact. Under a new deal, the Bengals and the county are poised to continue transforming the riverfront.

BLOOMINGTON, IND. — Core Spaces and Harrison Street have partnered to build Hub Bloomington Lincoln, a 1,492-bed student housing community near Indiana University. Located on Lincoln Street within the university’s designated mixed-use student housing zone, the five-story development will include 461 units ranging from studios to five-bedroom layouts. There will be roughly 34,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenity spaces, including a fitness center, rooftop pool, basketball court, study areas and a spa with sauna. Construction is underway, and completion is slated for summer 2027. Wells & Wells is the general contractor, and DLR Group is leading architecture and design. TSB Capital Advisors consulted on the joint venture and arranged financing from affiliates of QuadReal Property Group.

DALLAS — REEDER Construction has completed the 70,807-square-foot George Peabody Elementary School in the Oak Cliff area of Dallas. Designed by Pfluger Architects, the school supports about 500 students and features a courtyard and a central core with a media center, art and music rooms and maker space, all wrapped by classrooms. The school opened at its current site in 1951, and students and faculty were temporarily relocated to the former Thomas Edison Middle School campus during construction of the new facilities.
